You may request a seat-count change by emailing us. Additional seats retain the rate assigned to your continuously active brokerage account.

You may also downgrade your seat count. The brokerage-account minimum is always five active seats.

Important Brokerage Pricing Information

  • The Founding Brokerage offer is available to the first 30 brokerages.
  • The Founding Brokerage rate is $29.95 per active agent seat, per month, with a five-seat minimum.
  • Your assigned per-seat rate remains locked while the brokerage account remains continuously active.
  • If the account becomes inactive, you have 60 days to reactivate and retain the previous rate. After 60 days, pricing available at that time applies.
  • Seats belong to the brokerage and may be reassigned to another agent.
