Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Let Me Explain Why This Policy Is So Damn Simple

I started looking seriously at real estate coaching around 2012.

I saw the pricing.

I saw the contracts.

I saw the lack of DATA!!!!! Where is the DAMN data to support your claims??????

I saw the long-term commitments, the upsells, the “book a strategy call” nonsense, and what appeared to be an industry-wide determination that coaching had to cost somewhere between a car payment and a minor hostage negotiation.

I puked.

Not regular puke. Pig-vomit puke.

I simply cannot bring myself to build iNVISIQ that way.

The thought of charging real estate agents some ridiculous three-digit monthly coaching bill gives me anxiety.

And I mean that.

I want the exact opposite relationship with an iNVISIQ member.

I want you looking at what you're getting and thinking:

“Good Lord, I feel like I'm robbing this guy.”

Perfect.

I can live with that.

More importantly, I can sleep at night with that.

I want the agent to get the better end of the ROI.

I want you receiving more value from iNVISIQ than the amount leaving your bank account every month.

If you're paying $49.95 or $79.95.95 and thinking, “There is no way he should be giving us all this for that,” then we're exactly where I want us to be.

What I cannot sleep comfortably doing is charging somebody several hundred dollars every month, locking them into a contract, and then convincing myself that the value equation somehow works because that's what the coaching industry decided was normal.

Normal does not automatically mean good.

Sometimes normal is just something stupid that enough people agreed to keep doing.

Even worse than the pricing?

Holding people hostage after they've decided something is no longer right for them.

GTFO, my dudes. (All Gender Inclusive Here)

You're an adult. You're running a business. You should be able to decide where your money goes without needing permission from me.

1. Month-to-Month. That's It.

iNVISIQ membership is month-to-month.

No annual contract.
No twelve-month commitment.
No early termination fee.
No “you agreed to paragraph 47(b)” surprise.
No salesperson calling you six times because you tried to escape.

You pay for one month at a time.

That was REALLY super-duper easy-peasy.

I've apparently played way too many Counter-Strike sessions.

2. Cancel Anytime. For Any Reason.

Want to cancel?

Cancel.

Seriously.

You do not need to convince me.
You do not need an acceptable reason.
You do not need to sit through a retention call.
You do not need to complete an exit interview.
You do not need to tell me what another coach offered you.

You don't even owe me the classic: “It's not you, it's me.”

If iNVISIQ is no longer right for you, that's enough.

Email invisiq@proton.me and tell us you want to cancel.

“Please cancel my membership” works beautifully.

Your recurring billing will be stopped and you will not be intentionally billed for another membership period after your cancellation takes effect.

3. What Happens After You Cancel?

Your membership remains available through the paid membership period you already purchased, unless another arrangement applies to your account.

After that period ends, your paid member access ends.

We don't delete you from human existence.

Your relationship with iNVISIQ simply becomes: former member who is welcome back.

4. Refunds

Monthly membership payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins, except where a refund is required by law or where we made a billing mistake.

We also don't do partial or prorated refunds simply because someone used part of a month and then decided to leave.

You paid for the month. You keep access through the applicable paid period.

That said, if something genuinely went sideways, email me.

I'm a human being.

There is a rather substantial difference between having a policy and using a policy as an excuse to act like an asshole.

5. If We Screw Up the Billing

If iNVISIQ charges you incorrectly, charges you after a cancellation should have taken effect, or otherwise creates a legitimate billing problem:

Tell us.

Email: invisiq@proton.me

We'll investigate it and fix legitimate billing errors.

No eight-level phone tree.
No transfer to the Department of Customer Exhaustion.
No requirement that Mercury be in retrograde before somebody can issue a correction.

6. Founding Members — Your $49.95 Rate

The first 100 paying iNVISIQ members receive Founding Member pricing of $49.95 per month.

As long as you maintain your Founding Membership, that price does not increase.

New member tools, resources, coaching materials, and features added to the regular iNVISIQ membership are included.

Why $49.95?

Because I don't want to spend my nights wondering whether the agent is getting enough value to justify what I'm charging.

I want that question ridiculously tilted in your favor.

I want to be sitting on my side of the transaction thinking:

“Damn. They're getting a hell of a deal.”

That's a position I can sleep comfortably in.

If iNVISIQ helps you earn one additional commission, save one transaction, make one better business decision, avoid one expensive mistake, or build a strategy that produces business long after you learned it, I want the difference between what you gained and what you paid to be almost comical.

You getting the better end of the ROI is not a flaw in the pricing strategy.

It's the pricing strategy.

We aren't going to thank you for believing in this thing early and then three years later send you:

“Exciting news! Your loyalty has earned you the opportunity to pay us 63% more!”

No.

You got here early.
You took a chance on iNVISIQ.
I remember that.

The regular membership price after the first 100 Founding Memberships are claimed is $79.95 per month.

And even at $79.95, my objective remains exactly the same: you should feel like you're getting more than you're paying for.

7. Founding Members Get a 60-Day Grace Period

And this is where I'm going to violate another sacred tradition of subscription businesses:

I'm not going to punish you for leaving.

If a Founding Member cancels or their membership lapses, there is a 60-day grace period during which they may return and reclaim their original $49.95 Founding Member rate.

After 60 days, a returning member may rejoin at the membership price being offered at that time.

Why 60 days?

Because life happens.

Deals fall apart.
Closings move.
Commissions disappear.
Family things happen.
Business gets weird.

I spent enough years around real estate to understand that your checking account doesn't care what your motivational coach wrote on Instagram that morning.

Take care of your business.
Take care of yourself.

If you come back within 60 days, your Founding Member rate is waiting for you.

8. Free Trials — And No, We Do NOT Want Your Credit Card

Let me make this one painfully clear:

An iNVISIQ free trial will NEVER require a credit card.

Ever.

Not “we won't charge it today.”
Not “your card won't be billed until the trial ends.”
Not “enter your card for verification.”
Not “cancel before midnight on the 14th or surprise, congratulations, you're now a customer.”

I hate that shit.

You know the routine.

Some company screams:

“START YOUR FREE TRIAL TODAY! YOU WON'T BE CHARGED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 27!”

Great.

Then life happens.

You get busy.
A closing blows up.
Your kid needs something.
You've got six clients texting you.
You forget about the stupid trial.

Midnight arrives.

BAM.

Unexpected charge.

Now you're digging through a website trying to figure out how to cancel, emailing a support address operated by somebody apparently stationed on Neptune, and wondering why something advertised as free required your Visa card in the first place.

Nope.

Not here. Not ever.

How an iNVISIQ free trial works:

No credit card.
No bank information.
No automatic conversion to paid membership.
No automatic charge when the clock runs out.
No “forgot to cancel” bill waiting for you the next morning.

We will tell you when your trial is ending.

Your member portal may display the remaining time, and we may send you reminders as the expiration date approaches.

That's the countdown.

It is a countdown to the end of your free access — not a countdown to us charging your credit card.

When the trial ends, the trial ends.

Your access may be suspended or expire. Your bank account remains completely uninterested in the event.

If you decide you want to continue with iNVISIQ, you must actively choose to become a paying member.

You provide payment information then.

Not before.

A free trial should actually be free.

Apparently this is now a revolutionary business concept.

9. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to fix it.

Most billing problems do not require DEFCON 1.

We maintain appropriate membership, billing, consent, and cancellation records so legitimate disputes can be investigated accurately.

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate any dispute or chargeback rights you may have under applicable law or through your payment provider.

10. Once You're With iNVISIQ, You're a Friend of Ours

I love mob movies, so allow me this one.

Once you've been part of iNVISIQ, you're a friend of ours.

That does not mean you can never leave.

Quite the opposite.

Leave whenever you need to.
Come back whenever it makes sense.

I will always wish you well.

And I genuinely understand that this approach to real estate coaching may not be for everybody.

Good.

It isn't supposed to be.

There are agents who want scripts, rah-rah meetings, expensive masterminds, daily accountability calls, sales-funnel gymnastics, and somebody screaming at them to make 100 cold calls before breakfast.

There are plenty of people happy to sell that.

iNVISIQ is different.

Maybe that works for you.
Maybe it doesn't.

YOU DO YOU.

You are the captain of your ship.

Guide it.

The whole policy in about 20 seconds:

Month-to-month.
Cancel whenever you want.
Cancel for whatever reason you want.
No long-term contract.
No retention circus.
No hostage situation.

Founding Members: $49.95/month with a 60-day grace period if you leave and want to return.

Regular membership: $79.95/month.

Our pricing philosophy: You should get the better end of the ROI.

Free trials: No credit card. No automatic billing. Ever.

If you leave iNVISIQ, I hope whatever you do next works spectacularly well for you.

And if our paths cross again, the door is open.

My best wishes to you. Always.

Cheers,
Bradford Allen
