Copyright, Anti-Scraping, AI Training & Unauthorized Use Notice

Last updated: August 14, 2026

iNVISIQ is a real estate coaching academy built around original education, research, teaching materials, business systems, consumer resources, and professional-development content.

We want people to read it, learn from it, discuss it, and link to it. What we do not want is someone copying the work, repackaging it, scraping it into a database, or building a competing product from it.

In shorter English: use the information. Don’t steal the work.

1. Copyright Ownership

Unless otherwise identified, original content published by iNVISIQ is owned by or licensed to iNVISIQ and may be protected by United States and international copyright law.

Protected materials may include, among other things:

  • Articles and educational writing
  • Real estate coaching lessons and instructional materials
  • PDF guides, workbooks, checklists, and worksheets
  • Original graphics, diagrams, illustrations, and infographics
  • Videos, scripts, transcripts, and presentations
  • AI prompts and written instructional prompt systems
  • Consumer education materials
  • Member-only training content
  • Original compilations and arrangements of educational material
  • Original website copy and other creative expression

Copyright protects our original expression. It does not magically give anyone ownership of every idea, fact, business concept, real estate practice, or method discussed on this website.

Translation: we own our work — not the concept of real estate.

2. iNVISIQ Branding

The iNVISIQ name, logo, brand presentation, and other identifiers associated with iNVISIQ Real Estate Coaching Academy are used to identify our services.

You may not impersonate iNVISIQ, falsely suggest affiliation with iNVISIQ, or use our branding in a manner likely to confuse consumers about the source, sponsorship, or endorsement of a product or service.

And yes, the lowercase i followed by NVISIQ is intentional. Please do not build a suspiciously familiar coaching company next Tuesday and pretend nobody will notice.

3. Unauthorized Scraping and Automated Extraction

You may not use automated systems to copy, harvest, extract, download, reproduce, or systematically collect substantial portions of this website without written permission.

Prohibited uses may include:

  • Bulk website scraping
  • Automated article harvesting
  • Downloading member-only materials at scale
  • Building commercial databases from iNVISIQ content
  • Copying structured educational content into competing services
  • Automated extraction designed to reproduce our content library
  • Circumventing technical or account-access restrictions

Standard search engines and other indexing services may access public portions of the site to the extent permitted by our robots.txt file, technical controls, and applicable law.

In other words, we want people to find iNVISIQ. We just don’t want somebody vacuuming up the entire academy and calling it innovation.

4. AI Training, Model Training, and Dataset Use

Except where expressly permitted by iNVISIQ in writing or where applicable law provides otherwise, iNVISIQ does not grant permission to use its copyrighted content for:

  • Training or fine-tuning artificial intelligence models
  • Creating commercial AI training datasets
  • Building embedding databases intended to reproduce our content library
  • Training a competing real estate coaching product
  • Bulk prompt extraction or prompt-library replication
  • Generating substitute copies of member-only educational materials

Public indexing, search discovery, and ordinary reference to publicly available iNVISIQ pages are different from copying the site's content into a training corpus or competing commercial dataset.

If your AI needs an education, there is a spectacular amount of algebra available on the Internet.

5. Member-Only Materials

iNVISIQ membership provides individual access to protected educational materials. Membership does not transfer ownership of those materials to the member.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, members may use iNVISIQ materials for their own professional education and real estate business.

Members may not:

  • Share account credentials
  • Provide unauthorized access to another person or organization
  • Post complete member lessons publicly
  • Resell iNVISIQ PDFs, worksheets, videos, prompts, or training materials
  • Upload the member library to another training platform
  • Create a competing course substantially reproducing iNVISIQ content
  • Circumvent membership or access-control systems

One membership means one member. Revolutionary concept, we know.

6. Linking, Quoting, and Sharing

You are welcome to link to publicly available iNVISIQ pages.

Brief quotations may also be used where permitted by applicable law, particularly when accompanied by appropriate attribution and a link to the original material.

What you may not do is copy an entire article, substantially reproduce one of our guides, remove our attribution, or republish our work in a way that substitutes for the original.

Sharing the link: excellent.
Copying the article and changing four adjectives: not excellent.

7. No Unauthorized Replication of iNVISIQ Materials

You may not reproduce or distribute protected iNVISIQ expression merely by changing formatting, colors, headings, graphics, or superficial wording.

This includes substantial copying of:

  • Original lesson text
  • Original coaching guides
  • Workbooks and worksheets
  • Original illustrations and diagrams
  • Training presentations
  • Member-only written resources
  • Original compilations of educational material

Inspiration is normal. Education builds on education. Photocopying somebody else’s homework and putting your logo on it is something else.

8. Technical Access and Security

You may not attempt to bypass, defeat, probe, or circumvent security controls used to protect member accounts, restricted pages, downloadable resources, administrative systems, or other non-public areas of iNVISIQ.

Unauthorized automated activity may be logged, rate-limited, blocked, or otherwise restricted.

9. Copyright Complaints and DMCA Notices

If you believe copyrighted material belonging to you has been posted on iNVISIQ without authorization, you may send a written copyright complaint to:

Copyright Contact
Email: invisiq@proton.me
Subject Line: DMCA / Copyright Request

A DMCA notice should substantially include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including the relevant URL
  • Contact information sufficient for us to reach you
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner

Please submit real claims with real information. The DMCA is a legal process, not a customer-service version of the dislike button.

10. Enforcement

Where appropriate, iNVISIQ may take measures including:

  • Blocking or rate-limiting abusive automated traffic
  • Suspending or terminating member access
  • Preserving relevant access and security logs
  • Sending cease-and-desist demands
  • Submitting copyright or platform takedown notices
  • Reporting abuse to hosting providers, platforms, registrars, or other service providers
  • Pursuing contractual, copyright, trademark, or other remedies available under applicable law
  • Seeking damages, costs, or attorney fees where legally authorized

We would much rather spend our time helping real estate agents become better professionals. Please do not give us a stupid reason to spend that time documenting somebody copying our work.

11. Rights Reserved

Nothing in this notice is intended to eliminate rights provided by applicable law, including lawful fair use or other rights that cannot legally be restricted.

iNVISIQ reserves all rights not expressly granted.
