Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of iNVISIQ, including its website, free educational resources, paid learning materials, memberships, tools, and related services.

In these Terms, “iNVISIQ,” “we,” “us,” and “Website Owner” refer to the operator of iNVISIQ. “You” refers to any visitor, registered user, member, purchaser, or other person accessing the website or its materials.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iNVISIQ, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using any free or paid material provided through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or its services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Educational Purpose

iNVISIQ provides educational material, professional-development resources, real estate coaching content, research, commentary, learning modules, examples, frameworks, exercises, and practical business guidance primarily intended for real estate professionals.

iNVISIQ is an educational resource. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, use of the website does not create a brokerage, agency, employment, partnership, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, financial-advisor, or other professional relationship.

Educational material should be evaluated in light of your individual circumstances, brokerage requirements, local market, contracts, MLS rules, licensing requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

When legal, tax, accounting, lending, insurance, regulatory, or other licensed professional advice is required, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

3. Professional Judgment and Local Requirements

Real estate practices, forms, contracts, disclosure requirements, MLS rules, licensing standards, advertising requirements, agency laws, financing practices, and market conditions vary by jurisdiction.

Information presented by iNVISIQ may therefore require adaptation before it is applied to a specific client, property, transaction, brokerage, or market.

iNVISIQ education is intended to strengthen professional judgment, not replace it.

You remain responsible for verifying information that materially affects your clients, transactions, business, license, or professional obligations.

4. Accounts and Membership Access

Certain iNVISIQ materials or features may require registration or a paid membership.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep information reasonably current when necessary.

Membership access is intended for the registered member unless a particular product or plan expressly permits team, brokerage, organizational, or multi-user access.

You may not:

  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Sell, rent, transfer, or sublicense your membership
  • Use one individual membership to provide systematic access to multiple people
  • Circumvent membership restrictions or access controls
  • Attempt to obtain paid materials without authorization

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material violation of these Terms.

5. Membership Fees, Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

Prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, and any applicable introductory or promotional pricing will be disclosed at or before purchase.

If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the billing terms presented during checkout until the membership is canceled.

Memberships may be canceled according to the cancellation instructions provided through iNVISIQ or the applicable payment system.

Refund eligibility and cancellation procedures are governed by the Refunds & Cancellations Policy in effect at the time of the applicable transaction, together with any rights provided by applicable law.

iNVISIQ may change future membership pricing or plan features. Any change affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated as required by applicable law and the applicable payment arrangement.

6. No Guarantee of Income, Commissions, Clients, or Business Results

iNVISIQ provides education and professional-development resources. We do not guarantee business results.

Nothing on the website guarantees or promises:

  • A particular income level
  • A particular number of commissions or transactions
  • Buyer or seller leads
  • Lead conversion
  • Listings
  • Appointments
  • Client acquisition
  • Business growth
  • Profitability
  • Market share
  • Career advancement
  • Any other specific professional or financial outcome

Results depend on numerous factors outside iNVISIQ's control, including individual effort, experience, judgment, implementation, market conditions, competition, brokerage practices, local economic conditions, client behavior, and other circumstances.

Educational examples, case studies, frameworks, strategies, and discussions of potential opportunities are provided for learning purposes and should not be interpreted as promises of future performance.

7. Testimonials, Examples, and Historical Materials

iNVISIQ may display testimonials, historical client comments, professional experiences, case examples, or feedback from students, members, clients, or other individuals.

Testimonials reflect the experience or opinion of the individual providing them in the context in which they were given.

A testimonial does not guarantee that another person will have the same experience or achieve any particular business, professional, or financial result.

When historical material is presented, iNVISIQ may identify its original date or context so readers can properly evaluate it.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, original iNVISIQ content and materials are owned by or licensed to the Website Owner and may include:

  • Articles and learning modules
  • Written lessons and instructional material
  • Research and original analysis
  • Workbooks and downloadable resources
  • Checklists and worksheets
  • Training frameworks and methodologies
  • Videos, audio, graphics, and illustrations
  • Course and membership materials
  • Website design elements
  • Logos and brand assets
  • The iNVISIQ name and associated branding

Your access to iNVISIQ does not transfer ownership of this material to you.

9. Limited Personal and Professional Use License

Unless otherwise stated, iNVISIQ grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the material for their own education, professional development, and internal business use.

For example, an agent may use concepts learned through iNVISIQ in their own business and may adapt appropriate tools or ideas for use with their own clients.

This license does not permit you to reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of iNVISIQ materials as your own training product, membership library, course, publication, commercial database, or competing educational service.

10. Content You May Not Republish or Commercialize

Except where permission is granted or applicable law permits otherwise, you may not:

  • Republish entire paid learning modules
  • Redistribute member-only downloads or workbooks
  • Sell copies of iNVISIQ materials
  • Upload paid materials to public file-sharing services
  • Create a competing training library substantially composed of copied iNVISIQ material
  • Remove copyright, attribution, or ownership notices
  • Represent iNVISIQ-created material as your own original work
  • Systematically reproduce the paid library for unauthorized users

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including legitimate quotation, commentary, criticism, or other uses permitted by applicable copyright law.

11. Search Engines, Indexing, and Automated Access

iNVISIQ publishes substantial free educational material specifically so that real estate professionals, search engines, research systems, and other discovery services can locate useful information.

Ordinary indexing, citation, discovery, and previewing of publicly available material by search engines and other automated discovery systems is not prohibited when access is consistent with the technical permissions made available by the website.

However, automated access may not be used to:

  • Circumvent membership or access controls
  • Extract or reproduce substantial portions of paid content without permission
  • Create an unauthorized substitute for the iNVISIQ learning library
  • Overload or materially interfere with operation of the website
  • Misrepresent the source or ownership of iNVISIQ content

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use iNVISIQ in a manner that:

  • Violates applicable law
  • Infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights
  • Impersonates another person or organization
  • Uses false information to obtain restricted access
  • Interferes materially with the normal operation of the website
  • Attempts to circumvent paid membership restrictions
  • Uses iNVISIQ materials to mislead consumers or other professionals
  • Falsely implies endorsement, certification, affiliation, or partnership with iNVISIQ

13. User Comments and Submissions

Where iNVISIQ allows comments, feedback, survey responses, or other user submissions, you remain responsible for the material you submit.

You may not knowingly submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, or materially misleading content.

By voluntarily submitting comments or feedback for publication, you grant iNVISIQ permission to display and reproduce that submission for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to applicable privacy law and any additional terms presented when the information is collected.

14. External Links and Third-Party Services

iNVISIQ may link to third-party websites, research sources, publications, software tools, payment processors, social platforms, government resources, industry organizations, and other external services.

External links are provided for reference or convenience. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a link does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or control of the third-party service.

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms, policies, availability, and practices. iNVISIQ is not responsible for third-party content, changes, errors, availability, or actions.

15. Research, Data, and Accuracy

iNVISIQ seeks to provide useful, well-researched educational material, but real estate markets, regulations, technology, industry practices, economic data, products, services, and third-party information can change.

We do not guarantee that every item on the website will remain complete, current, or applicable to every circumstance.

Corrections, revisions, and updates may be made when new evidence or better information becomes available.

Readers should verify time-sensitive information before relying on it for an important professional or financial decision.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iNVISIQ and its materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranty that:

  • The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Every resource will be appropriate for every user or market
  • Use of a particular strategy will produce a particular result
  • All third-party information will remain accurate or available
  • Every recommendation will be suitable for every brokerage, jurisdiction, or transaction

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website Owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website or its educational materials.

You are responsible for your own professional decisions and for determining whether information presented through iNVISIQ is appropriate for your particular circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before initiating formal proceedings, you and the Website Owner agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve disputes relating to the website, membership, or these Terms informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, then, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of iNVISIQ shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than a jury trial, unless the dispute is one that applicable law does not permit to be subject to mandatory arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted under applicable arbitration law and at a location or through a remote procedure permitted by the governing rules and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or emergency relief from a court when such relief is legally available and necessary to preserve rights pending resolution of a dispute.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or mandatory law of another jurisdiction requires otherwise.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21. No Waiver

Failure by the Website Owner to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable checkout terms, privacy policies, refund and cancellation policies, and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing use of iNVISIQ unless a separate written agreement applies.
