We ask for your birth month and day — not your birth year because we do not need your full date of birth to provide the service.

Member authentication is handled through WordPress and the iNVISIQ membership system.

iNVISIQ does not store member passwords in readable plain text. Password authentication is handled using WordPress's password and account-security mechanisms.

Please protect your login credentials and do not share a membership account with another person.

5. Payment Information

Payments are processed using Square or another payment provider identified at the time of payment.

iNVISIQ does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes in its WordPress membership database. Payment processors may collect and process information needed to complete the transaction, including payment-card information, billing or contact information, transaction amount, payment method, and related transaction details.

iNVISIQ may receive and retain information necessary to administer your membership, such as payment status, transaction amount, transaction reference, invoice information, and related account records.

Payment processors maintain their own privacy policies and security practices governing information processed through their systems.

6. Email and Newsletter Communications

Some emails are necessary to provide the membership service. These may include:

• Email-verification messages
• Application and license-verification updates
• Account and password information
• Membership notices
• Payment or account-related messages
• Important service or security notifications

These service communications are different from optional marketing or newsletter emails.

During onboarding, you may choose whether you want to receive the iNVISIQ newsletter. We record that choice as Yes or No.

Choosing not to receive the newsletter does not prevent us from sending communications reasonably necessary to operate your membership or account.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell member lists or rent your personal information to marketers.

Information may be disclosed to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate iNVISIQ. Depending on the service being provided, these may include:

We have no business incentive to keep useless personal information forever. Databases are not digital attics.

iNVISIQ membership and professional coaching services are intended for adults and real estate professionals. We do not knowingly seek membership applications from children.
